1. Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, your personal data is processed by Deryachting Yacht Charter and Organization Trade Limited Company, acting as data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Nature of the Service

Deryachting carries out its activities within the scope of event planning, event management and service coordination. The services offered are organization and event services planned for a specific date and time; they are not package tours that include transport, accommodation or travel components. Deryachting is not a travel agency organizing package tours.

3. Personal Data Processed

Identity information: name and surname
Contact information: phone number and email address
Customer transaction information: booking and service records
Financial information: limited data related to payment transactions
Transaction security information: IP address and log records

4. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be processed to plan and carry out organization and service processes, manage reservations, maintain customer relations, coordinate operations, improve service quality, carry out statistical analysis and reporting, and fulfil legal obligations.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to banks and payment institutions for payment transactions, to business partners and service providers for operational delivery, and to authorized public institutions where legally required.

6. Collection Method and Legal Basis

Your personal data is collected through website forms, communication channels and electronic systems by automatic or partly automatic means. It is processed on the legal bases of establishment and performance of a contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, legitimate interest and explicit consent.

7. Data Security

Deryachting applies technical and administrative measures at international standards, including SSL encryption, firewalls and access authorization systems, to protect personal data.

8. Your Rights

Within the scope of the law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn whether it is used in line with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request correction or deletion, request notification of these actions, and object to results against you.
